This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) establishes the rules for the use of personal information obtained from website users (hereinafter referred to as Users) by the website administrator (https://www.acis-d.com/) (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

1. User Personal Information
1.1. The Website collects, accesses, and uses User personal data, technical, and other information related to Users for the purposes defined by the Policy.
1.2. Technical information is not personal data. The Company uses cookies which allow the identification of the User. 3.4. The Company has the right to transfer User personal information to third parties in the following cases:

5.1. All possible disputes arising from relations regulated by this Policy shall be resolved in the manner established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the norms of Kazakh law.
5.2. Compliance with the pre-trial (claim) procedure for dispute settlement is mandatory.
6. Additional Terms
6.1. The Company has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent. The current version of the document is available at https://www.acis-d.com/.
6.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
